What This Score Measures
Visible prices, tier count and structure, free tier/trial availability, annual billing toggle, FAQ section, comparison table, social proof, and CTA quality.
Why It Matters
Hiding your pricing doesn't create leads. It creates friction. Visitors who can't find prices assume you're too expensive and leave. A good pricing page lets prospects self-qualify.

How to Improve Your Score
- Show your prices. 'Contact sales' is a conversion killer for most products. If you can't show exact numbers, show 'starting at' ranges.
- Stick to 2-4 tiers. More than that creates decision fatigue. Each tier should have a clear 'this is for [type of buyer]' label.
- Highlight one tier as 'Most Popular' or 'Recommended.' Decision paralysis drops when you tell people what most buyers choose.
- Add an FAQ section that addresses the top 5 objections: refund policy, setup time, data migration, contract length, support quality.
- Include social proof on the pricing page, not just the homepage. Logos, testimonials, or 'X companies use this plan' badges.
- Offer annual billing with visible savings. '2 months free' is more compelling than '17% discount.'
